Troubleshooting

Google Pay Button Not Appearing

Make sure your custom domain is properly verified in both TagadaPay and Google Pay console.
Google Pay requires a modern browser with JavaScript enabled. Test in Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
Google Pay only works on HTTPS domains. Verify your checkout is served over HTTPS.
Double-check that your Merchant ID matches exactly what’s shown in Google Pay console.

Payment Failed Errors

  • Verify your Merchant ID and Merchant Name are correct - Ensure your Google Pay API is enabled - Check that your business is verified by Google
Verify that your customer’s location is in the list of supported countries in your Google Pay settings.

Best Practices

Test Thoroughly

Always test with test credentials before enabling in production

Monitor Transactions

Regularly check your dashboard for failed transactions

Keep Credentials Secure
