What is Disputifier?

Disputifier helps you prevent chargebacks before they happen. When a customer files a dispute with their bank, Disputifier receives an early warning alert and can automatically issue a refund through TagadaPay. This stops the dispute from becoming a costly chargeback.

How to Set Up

Get Your API Token

In your TagadaPay dashboard, go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API access token.
Keep your API token private. Don’t share it with anyone or post it publicly.

Connect Disputifier

  1. Log in to your Disputifier dashboard 2. Go to Integrations 3. Select TagadaPay from the list 4. Paste your API token 5. Choose your TagadaPay store from the dropdown 6. Click Save

You're Done!

The integration is now active. Disputifier will monitor your transactions and handle alerts automatically.

How It Works

With Auto-Refund Enabled

  1. Alert Detected — A customer disputes a charge with their bank
  2. Order Found — Disputifier finds the matching order in TagadaPay
  3. Refund Issued — TagadaPay automatically processes the refund
  4. Dispute Prevented — The chargeback is stopped before it happens

With Manual Review

  1. Alert Detected — A customer disputes a charge with their bank
  2. Notification Sent — You receive a notification in Disputifier
  3. You Decide — Review the alert and choose to refund or not
  4. Action Taken — If you approve, TagadaPay processes the refund
